Refund policy

We sincerely hope that you are happy with the purchase you have made. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with what you have ordered, we will accept a return within 7 days of purchase for a return or exchange. 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. Sale items are non-returnable.

To request a return, please email: gbv@gventura.com. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
